Abraão Zacuto, a rabbi who had been expelled from Spain in 1492 by the Catholic Kings, was one of the wise men in the court of the Portuguese King D. João II. He developed a more accurate astrolabe model than the old ones and was one of the drivers of Vasco da Gama's trip to India.
VG CoLAB logo sketches this ancient astrolabe, as an inspiring symbol for driving research in the energy storage field.
