We challenged FEUP students on battery design

We took part in the 6th edition of MecGames, an engineering competition organized by NEEM FEUP, by proposing a battery-focused challenge centered on design for recycling and reuse. This gave mechanical engineering students a practical scenario to explore lifecycle management in energy storage systems.

It was impressive to see how participants addressed sustainability from both technical and strategic angles, highlighting the potential for real impact in next-generation battery solutions. Congratulations to NEEM FEUP for a well-executed event, and to all students who tackled the challenge so effectively!
